Hazel.

Hazel is the diplomat of the Wildbrook crew. She is the one you want at your ceremony — patient through processions, calm with kids, and uncannily aware of camera angles. Where the rest of the herd brings noise, Hazel brings presence.

She arrived at Wildbrook in 2023 as a rescue from a hobby farm in Roslyn. Her bonded best friend Juniper travels everywhere she does. Mini donkeys form deep, lifelong pairs from a young age, and we never split a bond — when Hazel is on the schedule, Juniper is too.

She has worked over forty weddings and has not, not even once, sneezed on the bride. She wears eucalyptus garland like she was born to. She likes the soft brass bell on her halter. She is, by quiet consensus around the farm, the most professional employee on staff.
